Lead the day-to-day operations of a Little Ladybug center. You will oversee staff, ensure curriculum quality, manage parent relationships, and drive enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily campus operations and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment
  • Supervise and mentor teaching and support staff
  • Execute curriculum and ensure pedagogical standards are met
  • Manage parent communication, feedback, and conflict resolution
  • Drive admissions, enrollment targets, and center profitability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements

Requirements

  • Early childhood education certification (mandatory)
  • 5+ years of experience in preschool/education management
  • 2+ years in a leadership or center-head role
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Passion for early childhood development

Lead Teacher

  • Manage CRM and communications with current and prospective families
  • Support event coordination and parent engagement activities
  • Prepare reports for center head and management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
  • Prior experience in customer service, admin, or school front-office preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Warm, professional demeanor with strong communication skills

Support Staff / Nanny

Provide essential childcare support — assist with meals, hygiene routines, nap times, and outdoor supervision to keep children safe and comfortable.
