Lead the day-to-day operations of a Little Ladybug center. You will oversee staff, ensure curriculum quality, manage parent relationships, and drive enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily campus operations and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment
- Supervise and mentor teaching and support staff
- Execute curriculum and ensure pedagogical standards are met
- Manage parent communication, feedback, and conflict resolution
- Drive admissions, enrollment targets, and center profitability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
Requirements
- Early childhood education certification (mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience in preschool/education management
- 2+ years in a leadership or center-head role
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Passion for early childhood development
Lead Teacher
